Children 5+
PLAY is communication with children so that’s my primary mode with children. Kids are precious so I am pursuing the registered play therapy credential under supervision.
Teens & Tweens
Feeling pressure from all sides – peers, dating, school, parents, social media – sometimes you need an adult whose only agenda is being on your side. I’ll hear you out and cheer you on.
Chronic Illness
My teen and adult clients, living with chronic health conditions, have shared with me that sometimes more painful than the disease is the experience of feeling unheard. You will be fully heard here.

I have been seeing clients as a counselor since 2020 at Abundant Life Christian Counseling (ALCC), first as a student intern, and then after graduation from my master’s program, as a registered intern with the State of FL. I have seen individuals and couples at ALCC in person and virtually.
For a year, I also interned at Sunshine Therapy, LLC specializing in working virtually with adults and teens with chronic health conditions that impacted their mental health.
Prior to counseling, I taught for 13 years at the elementary level and then mentored and trained K-12 teachers in the school district for three years. I was able to leverage that experience into working in the schools as a mental health professional, counseling elementary and middle school students.
